Once a client chooses to avail any recruitment or staffing service from Dedicated Sales and Services and makes the applicable payment, such payment is generally non-refundable. Recruitment involves resource allocation, screening, and operational costs, making the process irreversible.
However, in certain cases where the service could not be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to Dedicated Sales and Services (such as administrative errors or duplicate payments), a refund may be considered. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back through the original mode of payment (after deducting applicable taxes or transaction charges).
For recruitment services with a replacement guarantee, if a placed candidate leaves the job within the guarantee period, Dedicated Sales and Services will provide a free replacement as per agreement. In such cases, refunds are not applicable, and the client is entitled only to the replacement service.
Clients acknowledge that this Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the signed service agreement between Dedicated Sales and Services and the client. No refund shall be entertained beyond the scope defined in the agreement.
In the case of cancellations initiated by the client, the decision to provide a refund will be at the sole discretion of Dedicated Sales and Services, based on the stage of recruitment already completed. Any approved refunds will be processed only after deducting applicable service charges.
