At Dedicated Sales and Services, we do not ship physical goods. Our services are focused on manpower recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions. This policy explains how we deliver recruitment and staffing services to our clients and candidates.

1. Candidate Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidate profiles are typically shared with employers within 3–7 working days of receiving the requirement and advance payment.

2. Candidate Joining: Final selected candidates are expected to join the employer within the agreed timeline, subject to notice periods, background checks, and candidate availability.

3. Service Coverage: Our recruitment and staffing solutions are available across India. International hiring support, if required, is subject to a separate agreement.

Once a service request is placed, clients will receive an official confirmation by email/phone containing requirement details, expected delivery timelines, and payment confirmation.

While we aim to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to candidate availability, background verification, or changes in client requirements. In such cases, Dedicated Sales and Services will notify the client promptly and share revised timelines.
