These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of services offered by Dedicated Sales and Services, including manpower recruitment, staffing solutions, and related HR services. By registering with us, accessing our website/platform, or availing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If at any time you do not accept these T&Cs, you must discontinue use of Dedicated Sales and Services services immediately. These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement between you (employer, candidate, or user) and Dedicated Sales and Services.
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. Dedicated Sales and Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user found in violation of these terms.
Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (including resumes, qualifications, and contact details). Employers must share correct and lawful job descriptions, company details, and recruitment requirements. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
Dedicated Sales and Services acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates. While we make every effort to screen and verify candidate and employer details, we do not guarantee job placement, candidate performance, or employer obligations. Dedicated Sales and Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Dedicated Sales and Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or service access without notice if the user is found in violation of these T&Cs, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides misleading information. Any pending obligations or liabilities shall survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dedicated Sales and Services, its employees, officers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of our services, violation of these T&Cs, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
If any provision of these T&Cs is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Dedicated Sales and Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/platform, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
